Biografia
Caryl Lewis was born in West Wales and received her education at Durham and Aberystwyth Universities. She is a full-time author and writes for children and adults. Her short novel Iawn Boi? won ‘Best Welsh Children’s Fiction’ in 2004 and her novel for adults Martha Jac a Sianco won ‘Welsh Book of the Year 2005’. She has published over fifteen titles and writes for film theatre and television. Her latest novel Y Gemydd was published in 2007 and an English translation of her novel Martha Jac and Shanco is also available. She lives on a farm close to where she was born.
