Biografia
Giovanni Montanaro, born in Venice in 1983, is a lawyer and a writer. He published his first novel in 2007, “La croce Honninfjord” (Marsilio), and won many awards including the Vittorini Award for debut novel. In 2009 he published his second novel, “Le conseguenze” (Marsilio). He also wrote a play ("Arriva sempre la stessa lettera da Vienna") and short stories ("La brutta estate" was published in the magazine “Nuovi Argomenti”). He writes short stories and reviews for magazines and newspapers. In March 2012 Feltrinelli published his third novel, “Tutti i colori del mondo”, the story about how Van Gogh became a painter.
